BrainsWay’s Deep TMS therapy, developed by BrainsWay has revolutionized the treatment of depression and OCD
based on Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), which launches a new era in brain disorder treatment. The main goal of the cart design is to use on-shelf products such as open front cart and yet at the same time to reflect a unique identity, recognizable and iconic.
The front panel of the cart is a very large part, it has been planed from low pressured polyurethan in order to reduce the tooling costs. The main part and the inner part are the same part but just from the opposite and it's been produced from the same forms. The panel is being supported by a sheet metal from the back and creates a very strong construction. It is also screwless although it is assembled from the front.
When planning the UI it was needed to use the parts that have been already in use such as the power button and the cooling system controller. Another emphasis was on the vent. It was needed the vent to be big enough to take out the hot air from the back and at the same time, the patient won't see the inner parts through it.
There is no access to the machine in order to meet a standard of the RU.
