The 2U MOUNT RACK POWER SUPPLY is a High power supplier for laser machines. Designed with hydro cooling and special heatsink clamps which provide very high cooling performance in pressured places. It has very easy access from the top for maintenance issues
In this project, we are placing the electronic components in order to create heatsinks for them and to make farther analyses and investigations. Each electronic component is given its output, based on that we create the thermal map.
By the thermal map, it is possible to design the course of the cooling pipe.
After designing the cooling pipe another test runs and check the capability of cooling pipe in order to meet the required range of the electronic standard.
The design is simple and affordable to produce in CNC.
